Abstract: Developing & Testing Your Own Stock Screen This module relates to security analysis in an undergraduate or graduate investments course. It gives students hands-on experience screening a stock database (Stock Investor Pro) and back-testing their screen in order to maximize the return-to-risk ratio. To prepare for the RAT, students work through a tutorial on how to use the database, in addition to doing a reading. The module ends with a gallery walk and class discussion.
Target audience: Undergraduate investment students
