Abstract: This is a TBL Module we use in an “Essentials of Gastroenterology and Surgery” course. This course is part of the graduate level curriculum for physician assistant students in the first year of a two-year program. This is one of 15 modules taught in a semester. Prior to this module students have successfully completed a module covering the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology related to the content presented here.
