We asked and your responses were overwhelmingly clear. Since gathering in person for the 2022 TBLC Annual Meeting isn’t feasible for all, the meeting will be going virtual! After much deliberation, the TBLC Steering and Program Committees have developed a longitudinal schedule of events that will not only reach as many of our global partners as possible but will also include all of the previously planned sessions and events! As it is increasingly more accurate and timely, the theme of the 2022 virtual meeting will be:
Imagining TBL Possibilities in an
Everchanging World
April 12-13 & 19-20, 2022
Conference Program
What can attendees expect to see during the virtual meeting this year? Enjoy sessions, presentations, talks, and networking opportunities as you would at our in-person event. Sessions will be presented in repeated blocks on each of the four dates: earlier blocks to run from 11:00AM Eastern – 3:00PM Eastern and again from 7:00PM Eastern to 11:00PM Eastern. This year we are proud to bring you:
- Live presentation sessions with opportunities for interactive Q&A
- Virtual poster presentations
- Interactive, synchronous workshops on a variety of topics
- Multiple opportunities for networking with TBL colleagues from around the world
- Recorded presentations available for those unable to attend live sessions
Who Should Attend?
The Team-Based Learning Collaborative (TBLC) is an international group of educators dedicated to supporting faculty from a variety of disciplines who wish to implement team-based learning. Our recent conferences have included educators from a range of backgrounds, including medical education, other health-related disciplines, graduate and undergraduate education, K-12 education, nonprofit and corporate universities. We have benefited from everyone’s experience and wisdom as we strive to share teaching resources and promote the dissemination, evaluation and scholarship of team-based learning.
We hope you will plan to join us for some or all of the virtual meeting. Registration will reopen on Monday, February 14, 2022.
Thank you,
TBLC
