Abstract: This is a Unit on the Mental Health Benefits of Exercise. The Unit is used in an undergraduate course in Exercise Psychology. The Reading Assignment covers seven chapters from a required textbook. The Unit includes three RATs (and accompanying Test Blueprints) and four Team Application Exercises.
