Sandra G. Ehrlich is an Associate Professor of Management & Marketing in the College of Business & Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Prior to her academic career, she was a management, leadership, and fund development consultant responsible for assessing, monitoring, and moving national nonprofit clients to a higher level of achievement and performance through strategic planning and fund development best practices.

With more than 30 years of increasing responsibility in the private and public sector, Sandra has a demonstrated track record of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in organizational development, marketing, communications, media relations, fund development, and strategic planning. As a former Interim President, Chief Development Officer, and grant maker in the St. Louis arts community, she was responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an integrated marketing fundraising approach to support organizational objectives and expand fundraising capacity.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive, Sandra has raised millions of dollars for national nonprofits, received two national fundraising awards, was honored with a best feature article award, and has presented at national conferences, webinars, and workshops. She is the President of the Friends of Talkeetna Library, serves on the AFP Alaska Chapter Board, and is a member of the TBLC Collaborative, the UAA TBL Community of Practice, American Management Association, Association for Business Communication, American Marketing Association, International Alliance of Teacher Scholars, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and Beta Gamma Sigma. She received the Teacher of the Year Award from the UAA College of Business & Public Policy in 2014.
