Peggy Mohr. Ph.D., P.T. is a professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Mohr has been a faculty member at the University of North Dakota for 25 years and has taught numerous courses in the physical therapy curriculum. She has also been involved in team-based interdisciplinary courses. Dr. Mohr has successfully transitioned several traditional lecture courses to Team-Based Learning and has developed numerous TBL modules for several content areas. Dr. Mohr has mentored colleagues in their development of TBL modules and has provided mentoring through interdisciplinary, campus-wide, training programs to promote the use of active learning strategies. Dr. Mohr has presented workshops focused on the “Lessons Learned” from the experiences in transitioning lecture courses to TBL, fundamentals of TBL, and comparison of TBL with other active learning team approaches.
