General Meeting Information


Cancellation Policy:

Your registration fee, less a $100 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the TBLC Business Office receives written notification before Jan 15. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after Feb 1.

Substitution Policy:


Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.

It is recommended that you fly into the San Diego International Airport, which is 20 minutes from the hotel.  Cabs and shuttles are available.
